At Arrow Vale, we believe that the Art Department is an open minded, forward thinking and success driven unit that consistently strives to ensure all teachers and pupils have a safe learning environment that promotes independence and achievement.

Business Studies a small but successful department at Arrow Vale which boasts a variety of courses at both KS4 and KS5. Students are given a choice of vocational or non-vocational subjects to choose from in order to suit their needs.

The Design and Technology faculty at Arrow Vale believes in treating students as individuals with talents to be explored and celebrated.

The English department fully supports the whole school aims and intends to provide the working environment where these can be achieved.

The Humanities Faculty comprises of History and Geography. Highly respected by leading universities and employers, these subjects develop critical thinking, the ability to use evidence in support of arguments and pupils’ extended writing and speaking.

A Level Psychology is well suited to those students who have an interest in pursuing the subject as a career, such as Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologists. It compliments subjects such as Health and Social Care, Biology or Forensic Science.
