A Level Success

Students and staff at RSA Academy Arrow Vale are celebrating the achievement of a set of very pleasing A Level results.
An impressive 45% of all the grades achieved were at A*-B, with half of all students achieving at lease one A/A* grade.
The A Level Maths results were a particular highlight with 40% of students achieving an A*/A and 80% of achieving an A*/B.
Principal, Ian Mellor, Said “this is a fantastic set of results and is testament to the hard work of students, staff and parents. We are particularly pleased to see a significant increase in the number of our students that are being offered places at some of the country’s most prestigious universities”
Students achieving A*/A include:
- Alex Chiu who is off to read Aerospace Engineering at Birmingham University
- Jessica King who is off to read English Literature and Ancient History at the University of Liverpool
- Tia Lam who is off to read Biomedical Science at the University of Warwick
- Luke Shaw who is off to study Geography at the University of Leicester.
GCSE Success
Students and staff at RSA Academy Arrow Vale are celebrating some of the best GCSE results that it has ever achieved.
Principal, Ian Mellor, Said “These results are a reflection of the hard work and determination of our students, their families and our dedicated staff. It is wonderful to be able to celebrate these well-deserved results with our students. We are particularly pleased in regarding to numbers of students who have achieved the top Grade 9, which has only been awarded to the top 4% of students nationally. The Academy is celebrating the achievement of Grade 9s across a range of subjects including English, Maths and Science.
